What do I
have to do to prepare the house?
We request one
year of energy bills to understand your energy
usage. We request you to list any
particular concern you have about your home
(uncomfortable rooms or areas). We prefer
access to all rooms for a thorough investigation
of infiltration and insulation.(top

What will
the report tell me?
The report will
provide information on your home’s air leakage,
insulation, moisture, carbon monoxide
concentration, and condition of HVAC equipment,
windows, doors, weather-stripping, and roof,
